The junior professorship for Health and E-Health researches the impact of digitization on the healthcare sector. It focuses on questions of how (digital) technology can be developed and designed in a participatory manner and which factors affect the implementation of digital technology and how.


New Project

"Training Program for Enhancing the Adoption of Mobile Health Technologies by Persons With Mild Dementia" will launch in December 2021 and continue until the end of 2023. The project aims to identify people with dementia, their relatives and professional caretakers, and to develop training methods to ensure the intended use of these technologies. It receives funding through the Erasmus+ program, and includes cooperation with nine other institutions. They are located in countries such as Greece, Slovenia, Spain, and Turkey.
